[Savage40] Why is XV disabled

Hi Pascal,

Sorry, I have no answer to your problem, due to my own beginnership at 
(Gentoo) Linux.

But I read you have almost the same Notebook as I (1315LM), same graphics 
adapter.

So my question: Did you (or anybody else) get this savage work with 24bit 
colors?
I only get 16bit, looks *ok*, bot not *good*.
