[Savage40] 640x400

Hello,

I've my computer (with a ProSavage DDR videocard ) attached to a TV set.
When I start GDM I can only get a 640x400 screen but if I detach the
computer from the TV and I start X-Windows the default resolution can be
1024x768 o more without problems. 

If I execute "s3switch crt" before X-Windows I don't experiment the
problem but I'd to avoid this.

I tried the CRTOnly in the XF86Config-4 but the problem persists.

Any ideas about how to solve this without using s3switch at the startup?
