[Savage40] Dualhead accel fixes

For those of you having problems with dualhead and acceleration, I've
fixed the bugs.  It seems the GBD doesn't always update correctly when
the engined is synced between heads, resulting in incorrect stride
and/or offset.  I switched the accel code to use the PBD instead and to
send the new offset with each command.  Accel now works fine acros
heads.  The latest code is in Xorg cvs.
