In the DRM source tree you need to run make in the linux-core directory.
Ignore linux-2.6 and linux directories. Make will create one .ko file
for each hardware driver and "drm.ko" which is needed by all of them.
Both savage.ko and drm.ko should be in the linux-core directory after
running make. See http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/Building for all the
details. I updated the instructions on Monday to include some
information about linux-core as the DRM source for Linux 2.6.
