[Savage40] Have anyone mad T23 with 1400x1050 screen to have both LCD/CRT on?

Hi,

I like my T23 very much. The only problem I faced is that I can not make the 
machine to have both LCD and CRT on. I understood that Tim mentioned that 
savage driver was unable to do this for T23 with a 1400x1050 screen. 

Have anyone here in this mailing list achieved to solve this problem? And does 
the new release from X.org (R6.8.1) solve this problem?
