[Savage40] Have anyone mad T23 with 1400x1050 screen to have both LCD/CRT on?

you should be able to hack the current Xorg driver to do this.  what
you'd need to do is set up crtc2 in the crtc1 path and have it just
mirror all the crtc1 setings.  it shouldn't be too hard.  This'll 'just
work' if I ever get around to finishing my savage mergedfb patch.
