[Savage40] Have anyone mad T23 with 1400x1050 screen to have both LCD/CRT on?

no it would require hacking the code to set up both crtcs as clones.

it works now, it just has some issues and I haven't yet posted a patch
against xorg cvs.  It shouldn't take too long to finish it up, but
someone is borrowing my savage laptop at the moment. you can grab my
mergedfb tarball and drop it into an X tree and it'll probably build,
but I haven't checked in a while.
