[Savage40] ProSavage - problems getting a correct display

This sounds ike an issues with the tiling/primary streams set up. 
There's a particualr sequence needed for certain operations that can
result in this behavior if done wrong. I'll have to check my nots to
remeber what it was.  what's odd is that this is just coming up now.  I
haven't heard of this being reported previously.
