you might be able to get it working if you disable the LCD scaler.  I
suppose the true fix would be to try and figure out what sort of
compensation needs to happen to make Xv work with the LCD scaler on. 
There is some code in the driver to handle that, but apparently it
doesn't work right for your card.  Take a look at savage_streams.c and
savage_video.c
