[Savage40] Installed driver but still no 3D acceleration

"Only 400 fps".  That's funny.  Considering that your monitor refresh 
means you will only see 1 in every 5 of those frames, that's not too shabby.

400 fps means that the 3D acceleration is working.  I believe a 
non-accelerated Savage gets well below 100.

Sure.  Drawing nothing is very, very fast.
