[Savage40] savage problems

I've tried to take a screenshoot but I'm not able to get what is shown on
monitor

you can see the resulting screenshot here:

it's formed by the stripe I actually see on the top of monitor repeated for
the entire size of image.
maybe you can figure out better what is the repeated part here:

what I see is correct except for some types of objects( texts and icons)
that are drawed as you can see in the image posted.

I've also tried some opengl screensavers
all work fine when they don't try to write text
if they try to print per example the frames per second
I don't see the desired text but pixel distributed at random across the
screen.
