I still have a savage notebook and I work on the driver as I have time.
I haven't had time to track down the recently reported problems with
3D on newer versions of Xorg. Unforunately, I can't repoduce all the
problems. In the meantime, if anyone else is able to debug it and
produce a patch, I'll be happy to review it and apply it upstream.
