[Savage40] SuperSavage/IXC 64 issues

Hi,
I have the same problem which is mentioned in your post.
The glxgears window stay black after I upgraded my X.org to the version
7.1, and Mesa 6.5.
I use a Slackware 10.2 with Xorg compiled from the sources.
In Xorg 7.0 with Mesa 6.4.1, glxgears was running fine, but not in Xorg
7.1. I tried to downgrade Mesa to 6.4.1, but I had always the same
problem. Thus, I think that the problem comes from Xorg 7.1
When I run glxgears with Xorg 7.1, I have the following message in the
terminal:
libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x4b
My laptop is an ACER Aspire 1310. I send an extract of lspci:
