[Savage40] Issues on 8MB savages IX

Hello!

OpenGL doesn't work in Ubuntu last 6 months. Nearly everything was
said in bugs #30382 and #46314:

I searched quickly other distributions and freedesktop.org trackers
and didn't find anything similar. Has anybody idea what's wrong?
