What you mean is you cannot get 3D acceleration working.  2D
acceleration is working fine.

There is no 3D acceleration for the Savages built-in to the 4.3.0
releases.  It's possible to add it on, but it might be easier just to
replace XFree86 4.3.0 (which is rather old) with X.Org.
