[Savage40] Shutdown

Since there has been a grand total of 0 messages on the Savage40 mailing
list in the past 2 years, I am going to shut down the list by the end of
the year.  S3 no longer exists, and the Savage graphics engine is now
more than 12 years old, so it is extremely unlikely that there will be
anything new in the future.

It was great fun while it lasted.  Thanks to all.
