# Registered legal names

Organizations can store a registered legal name alongside the name they use day to day. Set it in workspace settings, then access the same value through Probo's GraphQL, MCP, CLI, and n8n interfaces. 

Organizations can now keep a registered legal name separate from the name they use day to day. Set or clear it in workspace general settings.

The registered name is also available through GraphQL, [MCP](/docs/developers/api/mcp/tools/catalog/organizations), [the CLI](/docs/developers/cli/commands/org), and n8n, so teams can use the same organization details across their tools.
