# Attach files in a task

Images and files can live in documents, tasks, comments, and risk descriptions. Files stay private, task sync carries them into Linear, and generated documents include their images. 

Documents, tasks, comments, and risk descriptions can now include images and files. Files remain private, and readers load them through Probo rather than a public asset link.

Task sync copies attachments to Linear and maps the asset URL back to the original file. Generated documents also include their images, so the supporting material stays with the work it belongs to.
