Every person your identity provider assigns or syncs lands in Probo with the Employee role, ready to use the Employee Portal. ### Which identity providers are supported? Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Okta pushes changes over native SCIM, while Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 sync through SCIM Bridge on a schedule. ### What can an employee see? Only their own work. The Employee role sees assigned documents and can sign and approve when asked, with no access to the rest of your compliance program. ### Can employees read a policy before signing it? Yes. The document viewer shows the latest version with its version history, so people can read the full text and look back at past versions before they sign. ### Does a signature in the portal count as audit evidence? Yes. Every signature produces a signed PDF and an esign record with the signer’s IP address and user agent, using the same consent wording as the rest of Probo. ### Can we keep service accounts out of Probo? Yes. SCIM Bridge exclusions keep identities such as service accounts or shared mailboxes out of the sync, and you can change anyone’s role in People afterward. ### What happens when someone leaves? They lose access. When your directory deactivates them, SCIM deactivates them in Probo, which blocks sign-in while keeping their record. ### What if a device cannot run the Probo agent? Enroll it manually. The Employee Portal issues a one-time token with CLI instructions, so IT can still cover the device. ### Do employees have to use Slack? No. Slack is optional. Linking with /probot login moves requests into Slack messages, and the same work stays available in the Employee Portal. ### Which languages does the Employee Portal support? Four.
