Link Tasks to Linear

Turn a Probo task into a Linear issue, keep the two aligned as work moves forward, and remove the link when plans change. Teams and issue details are available from the task workflow.

Tasks can now connect to Linear. Pick a team, publish a task as an issue, and unlink it later if the work no longer belongs there.

Probo returns the issue identifier right away, then keeps the linked task aligned through a background job. The task and its Linear issue can stay connected as the work changes.
