Retry a failed access review source

When a source fails to fetch its accounts, retry it from the campaign page instead of starting over. A campaign can no longer be completed while a source has failed.

Sometimes a source fails to fetch its accounts. The vendor rate-limits the request, the API times out, or a key is missing a scope. Until now that source stayed failed, and the only fix was a new campaign.

A failed source now has a Retry button on the campaign page. The campaign goes back to in progress while the fetch runs, and decisions are paused until it finishes. Retry is also available from the API, MCP, prb access-review campaign retry-fetch, and n8n.

A campaign can’t be completed while any source has failed. Otherwise the record would say you reviewed accounts that were never fetched. If a source can’t be fixed, cancel the campaign. Cancelling now also stops any fetch still running.
