Probo’s platform is designed to help companies manage their compliance, with any framework. As most companies don’t have the time or resources to manage compliance internally, we provide a service to help them do things properly.

We are a small team, fully remote, with offices in Paris (Le Marais) and San Francisco.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founders and Arthur (chief of staff) across everything that makes the company run: strategy, go-to-market, sales operations, automation, revenue tracking, and day-to-day operations.

One day you’re shaping a pitch deck, the next you’re wiring up an automation to improve the sales flow, the next you’re digging into why a number doesn’t add up.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Assist the founders through market research, competitive benchmark, and opportunities.
• Go-to-market: Get hands-on with how we reach and win customers: outbound, campaigns, messaging, sales call, experiments.
• Automation & Sales Ops: Build workflows, AI agents and automations that make the team faster.
• Revenue tracking: Own the numbers: pipeline, deals, MRR, renewals. Keep the dashboards honest and the founders informed.
• Operations: Whatever needs to get done to keep the company moving. If something’s broken, you fix it.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a fit if you:

• Love tech and are genuinely curious about how things work.
• Aren’t afraid of mistakes: you take responsibility, learn, and move on.
• An early-stage startup with no playbook excites you, it doesn’t scare you.
• Get what “skills,” agents, and LLMs are, and want to put them to work.
• Communicate clearly, in writing and in person.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a startup, side project, or anything you built and launched yourself.
• Comfort with AI.

You’ll Work With the Latest AI

You’ll use AI as your daily co-worker: Claude Code, OpenAI, Codex, Cursor to build, automate, and ship. AI agents to handle workflows that used to take a team.

Process

1. Intro call (30 min): with Arthur.
2. Case study (~2 hours, async): a practical exercise to see how you think and work.
3. Debrief with a co-founder.
