Visitors Page for the Compliance Portal

Managing who can see what on a compliance portal used to mean opening an Edit Access dialog per visitor. Visitors now get their own page, with document grants laid out as a table you can scan and act on directly.

Multi-select lets you grant or reject access to several documents at once instead of clicking through them one by one. Search by name or email surfaces visitors who never set a name on their account, and the list sorts by pending request count by default so the people waiting on you show up first.

It’s a small change with a real payoff if you manage more than a handful of visitors.
