Install Probo Agent

Compare install and enrollment paths for Probo Agent across macOS, Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD, then jump to the guide for your platform.

Install Probo Agent on each device you want to enroll, then complete enrollment so posture checks report to your organization.

Platform Best for Install path
macOS Laptops and desktops Signed .pkg, then enroll in the browser
Windows Laptops and desktops Signed .msi, then enroll in the browser
Linux Servers and headless hosts install.sh or probo-agent install with a token
FreeBSD Servers and headless hosts install.sh or probo-agent install with a token

On macOS and Windows, prefer the package installer and Probo console enrollment. On Linux and FreeBSD, pass the server URL and enrollment token on the command line.
