Publish subprocessors
Prepare third-party records, publish selected vendors as subprocessors, and keep the Compliance Portal’s public vendor catalog current.
The Compliance Portal can publish selected vendors from your organization’s third-party inventory. Use this catalog to tell visitors which external organizations process or host data for your service.
Prepare the inventory
Section titled “Prepare the inventory”Create and maintain third-party records under Third-party management before publishing them. The portal uses the source record’s:
- Name
- Category
- Description
- Website URL
- Countries
Only top-level third parties are available in the portal picker. Complete the public-facing fields before adding a record.
Add a subprocessor
Section titled “Add a subprocessor”- Open Compliance Portals and select the portal.
- Open the Subprocessors tab.
- Select Add subprocessor.
- Choose an available third party.
- Confirm the addition.
The subprocessor appears on the public portal immediately when the portal is active. There is no restricted visibility option for this catalog.
Visitor experience
Section titled “Visitor experience”Visitors can search the catalog and filter it by category and country. Entries are grouped by category and show the vendor name, description, website-derived logo, and listed countries.
Update or remove an entry
Section titled “Update or remove an entry”Edit the underlying third-party record to correct its public details. Remove the entry from the Subprocessors tab when it should no longer be disclosed on this portal.
Removing a subprocessor from the portal removes only the portal association; it does not delete the source third-party record.
Review the published list whenever your vendor inventory or data-processing relationships change.
