- Copy your Website ID from Settings > Workspace Settings > Setup & Integrations.
Step 2: Connect in Probo
Section titled “Step 2: Connect in Probo”- In Probo, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
- Find Crisp, click Connect, and enter your Website ID.
- Probo shows a verification code. Copy it.
- In your Crisp dashboard, open the Probo Access Review plugin’s settings, paste the code into the Probo Verification Code field, and save.
- Back in Probo, click Connect. Probo reads the code back through the plugin, confirms it matches, and connects the website.
Probo names the source after your Crisp website and pulls its operators into your campaigns.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Install and configure the Probo plugin” error. The Probo Access Review plugin must be installed on the exact website whose Website ID you entered.
- Verification code mismatch. Paste the exact code Probo shows for this website into the plugin’s Probo Verification Code setting and save it before clicking Connect. The code is tied to your organization and this website.
- No operators appear. Confirm the Website ID matches the website you are reviewing. Probo lists operators (agents), not visitors.
