Calendly

Probo reads your Calendly organization’s members through the Calendly API so you can review who has access. Connecting with OAuth is the recommended method and requires no token management. An API key is also available if you would rather not authorize an OAuth connection.

Caution

The connected Calendly account must belong to an organization (Calendly’s multi-seat plan). Probo cannot list members for a personal Calendly account.

Connect Calendly

Option A: Connect with Calendly (recommended)

1. In Probo, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
2. Find Calendly and click OAuth.
3. Sign in to Calendly and authorize Probo. Probo requests the users:read and organizations:read scopes.

Option B: API Key

1. In Calendly, signed in as an organization admin, go to Integrations > API & Webhooks, and under Personal Access Tokens click Generate New Token.
2. Name it (e.g. Probo Access Review) and copy the token. Calendly shows it only once.
3. In Probo, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source, find Calendly, and click API Key.
4. Paste the token and click Connect.

Probo names the source “Calendly” and pulls its members into your campaigns.

Troubleshooting

• Key or token rejected, or no members appear. Confirm the API key or OAuth authorization belongs to a user who is a member of a Calendly organization.
• Connecting fails with no organization found. The connected Calendly account has no organization. Calendly’s organization features require a paid multi-seat plan; Probo cannot list members without one.
